For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You are terribly confused.
First, I wrote that the recent OPA statement was incorrect but provided it for reference. Second, the EASEMENT area has nothing to do with parking. Third - the area in question is the OPA-owned right-of-way. This is typically 50 feet on side roads. Maryland law applies to parking on the PAVED surface within the right-of-way as I read it . |
