For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Agreed. Now go look at the no parking signs placed years ago on the Parkway at Pintail Park or the no parking signs on Country Club Drive. These signs are all located on roads. Yep. And if they were placed there without County authorization the police cannot issue parking tickets legally - should an informed person go to court. Quite clear in Maryland law. |
