Never said otherwise. 50 foot right-of-way. Lot owners are not responsible to maintain the right of way because it is not on their lot So you claim. The declarations of restrictions say otherwise. Call your lawyer. and have him read the plain English language in DRs you agreed to follow. Or do you want me to post it here yet again? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So now you agree with me that the roadway is 50’ wide on most side streets and includes the paved area and drainage ditch? All OPA owned property not the lot owner. Lot owners are not responsible to maintain the right of way because it is not on their lot. |
