The February numbers are on line. Add another $95,325 positive to budget. According to the report we are currently at $826,552 ahead of the 2024-2025 budget or, just shy $100.00 per property owner to much. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That said, Ocean Pines has generated over $6 Million Dollars of surplus to budget over the past 5 years which I suspect a great deal is in a slush fund for a not yet approved firehouse. Maybe I am incorrect, but hasn't the GM explained where the “favorability” has gone? |
