Add another $95,325 positive to budget.
Great. or, just shy $100.00 per property owner to much. Given that past “too much” collections have been used extensively to reduce assessments, I am not particularly worried. The current situation is certainly preferable to years ago, when OPA recovered a “structural deficit” by increasing the assessment in the infamous five-year plan that was actually indefinite.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: The February numbers are on line. Add another $95,325 positive to budget. According to the report we are currently at $826,552 ahead of the 2024-2025 budget or, just shy $100.00 per property owner to much. Marty |
