Saw a Chamber notice about a new HB bill 1515 being presented in Maryland that would lower sales tax from 6% to 5% which sounds good until realizing it will apply to all services. Anyone make sense of this bill and what it will really mean as I am sure it is going to be presented in some glowing light of lowering taxes? HB1515
