Why split hairs over the land and/or the building? Who cares?
I would think the OPA board and the OPVFD board. Your idea of the OPA and OPVFD boards of directors meeting in a closed session with respective legal counsel is sounding more appealing. This way we know every decisionmaker is getting the same information and it's not filtered by any individuals. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Over the past few years the boards have started to do many things outside meetings. Why split hairs over the land and/or the building? Who cares? I suspect most association members do not. |
