Ocean City lifeguards have much more training and skills to make deep water rescues, watching far more closely, dealing with ocean currents and much more. Almost apples and oranges when compared to ocean pines pools.
Never suggested the jobs were comparable. My point is that Ocean City cannot recruit enough lifeguards for the beach at $18+. |
