My 3 kids were all Life Guards in high school! 7.75$ per hour that was just a few years back! Unbelievable
They all worked at a State Park, they did get a bonus if they would work till Labor Day |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My question is, you see help wanted adds at every business, there are tons of people not working at all, how are they living and paying their bills. Before Covid you didn’t see every business with help wanted signs or offering bonuses to start or stay. Unbelievable. Our work force is sitting it out. |
