The folks on the swim team know best. I'm not in their circle. It was significant at the swim and racket club. Our priorities are Beach club, Yacht club then others.... The OC beach life guard is not comparable, but the person working at 2nd street plim plaza tiki hut pool guard is... That's a Harrison group paid employee and they don't get paid anything [13-15], but they likely have another job to. B |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Change the pay rate to $16 Hmmm. Ocean City is paying $18 and cannot find enough lifeguards. With regards to last year, how many days were any individual pools not available? Are a few people making mountains out of mole hills? |
