| Ocean City lifeguards have much more training and skills to make deep water rescues, watching far more closely, dealing with ocean currents and much more. Almost apples and oranges when compared to ocean pines pools. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Change the pay rate to $16 Hmmm. Ocean City is paying $18 and cannot find enough lifeguards. With regards to last year, how many days were any individual pools not available? Are a few people making mountains out of mole hills? |
