Parks invites the dialogue among all 7 directors with the reporter. Because some directors didn’t agree with Parks statement (and presumably the view of Farr) this is defines dysfunctional?
I guess it depends on whether one is a member of the four-person majority or the three-person minority. At any rate, at what point does extreme disagreement among board members reach the level of something that harms Ocean Pines on an issue that most people have little interest in, or that really does not impact association members, or that is really no more than a public display of personal dislike among board members? There is way too much of the latter in the last few years. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Parks invites the dialogue among all 7 directors with the reporter. I’m reminded of the Forum post I’ve seen often the 17 years I’ve been a member — If directors all agree, we would only need one. |
