Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Board Interacts With Reporter Msg# 1183857

Parks invites the dialogue among all 7 directors with the reporter. Because some directors didn’t agree with Parks statement (and presumably the view of Farr) this is defines dysfunctional?
I’m reminded of the Forum post I’ve seen often the 17 years I’ve been a member — If directors all agree, we would only need one. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick Farr did indeed write: ”The whole emailing was dysfunctional and embarrassing.” I tend to agree with Farr to some extent. Also, it should be noted that, to his credit, Farr chose not to include the reporter when he wrote that comment. |
