Section 5: OPA Board Subject: New OPA Lawyer? Msg# 1182961

OPA issued a Request for proposals to look into hiring a new lawyer / law firm to represent our HOA.
Why would any firm waste time with the extremely complicated request when it is like 99.99 percent certain the board will hire Bruce Bright? A likely result and a good choice. Of interest is OPA never sent out a news release or told association members they were asking for proposals from law firms. Why not? |
