| Joe...I'm guessing that the firm that he works for that might be/would be the official representative... From perusing the firm's web site, it looks like Bright focuses on several practice areas, and not just HOA/condo law. So, perhaps there could be others from that firm that might support OP from time to time. Also, fwiw and for those wondering, he is a Widener grad. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OPA issued a Request for proposals to look into hiring a new lawyer / law firm to represent our HOA. Why would any firm waste time with the extremely complicated request when it is like 99.99 percent certain the board will hire Bruce Bright? A likely result and a good choice. Of interest is OPA never sent out a news release or told association members they were asking for proposals from law firms. Why not? |
