Why do you bother visiting this forum if you only want to attack me on a personal level? I am not the issue. Address issues. That said, if calling what I write "curt" makes you feel better in some way, I am happy for you. As for your legal views on past cases, whatever we think, those are over and will not change. |

I agree the lawyer should be local. I’ve not been a fan of the current lawyer. The board should do what’s best for the community. You act like Bright won the Janasek case. The board/insurance company backed down. The board PROBABLY lost the Farr case because they decided to hold another election. Not because the premise for disallowing Farr was incorrect. The judge used bad faith not what was initially done was wrong. |
