| Well, that would be a shame. A real shame. The association lawyer needs to be not only knowledgable but approachable. Mr. Bright is smart, but he is simply not approachable at all. I have personally seen him in action and know quite a bit of his reputation. This would be a mistake. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OPA issued a Request for proposals to look into hiring a new lawyer / law firm to represent our HOA. Why would any firm waste time with the extremely complicated request when it is like 99.99 percent certain the board will hire Bruce Bright? A likely result and a good choice. Of interest is OPA never sent out a news release or told association members they were asking for proposals from law firms. Why not? |
