| Bill, we sell passes to non-residents at a higher rate than OP residents, so residents do get a break. There is and always has been a market for beach club passes. I believe we sell around 8 passes for every opening and always have. Again, there is a market for it and OPA is right in maximizes that market. To Joe's point, if you lower the rate for OP residents who by passes as you suggest, then all 8,400 OPA residents will have to make up the difference in a higher assessment. | ||||||
