| Money in your bank and OPA's (increased reserves) could be accomplished if this Board would've listened to strategic planning, B&F, operations and the GM and raised membership rates; however, they ignored that advice and didn't even raise boat slip rates (although there are 87 slips and 94 are on the waiting list). Not capturing that revenue gives 87 people a break at the expense of everyone else. | ||||||
