Exactly how much more was recommended for slip rentals? I do not disagree with your premise in general but what actual impact are you talking about? The supposed $12,000 in Aquatics seemed nothing worth getting excited over. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Money in your bank and OPA's (increased reserves) could be accomplished if this Board would've listened to strategic planning, B&F, operations and the GM and raised membership rates; however, they ignored that advice and didn't even raise boat slip rates (although there are 87 slips and 94 are on the waiting list). Not capturing that revenue gives 87 people a break at the expense of everyone else. |
