Maybe CPI/ECC/ARC should do their jobs until the board gets the Guidelines right.
I suspect something in the DRs says lack of enforcement does not mean inability to enforce. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Yet there has been signs for board of director candidates since God knows when and without objection. Here is a hypothetical question for you, remember the vote No and vote Yes signs back when the second referendum was required for the community center proposed for the Sports Core property?
