For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I can't find reference to a permit in my DRs nor can I find it in section 600.3, J. of the ARC Guidelines. What specifically are you referencing? Think about it! The DRs prohibit signs. Without a guideline saying the ECC/ARC allows board candidate signs, they are not allowed. Any signs not specifically granted an exception are not allowed. Thus, a lot owner wishing to have a board candidate sign must apply for a permit/authority/exception to have one. At least, that’s how I see it. |
