If the group actually sought a permission from OPA, good for them. Everyone should do the same
I do not think ECC/ARC received any such request. Now, since there are many signs, probably hundreds that have not been given permission but OPA does nothing to enforce the DR’s regarding these signs is tacit approval and endorsement of these signs. I believe that is a very slippery slope. Ridiculous. |
