The Board has had opportunities to regulate Board campaign signs in the ARC Guidelines over many years, but not acted.
Result is a board campaign sign requires a permit? What makes no sense for public office signs is there is an end date but no start date. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The DR guidelines make no sense regarding public office candidate political signs, and as written also require a permit for any board candidate signs. No lot owner gets a permit for a board candidate sign. The Board has had opportunities to regulate Board campaign signs in the ARC Guidelines over many years, but not acted. However, I'm still not sure of your "no sense" complaint about " DR guidelines". Are you referring to the signs approval provision in the DRs? I thought you are referring to the ARC Guidelines. |
