Result is a board campaign sign requires a permit?
Yes. I believe that we agreed that was the case over a year ago. In my opinion, establishing Board campaign sign limits in the ARC Guidelines would remove the DR permit requirement. What makes no sense for public office signs is there is an end date but no start date. I don't disagree. Other Associations have used the HOA Act time limitation provisions for placement and removal. |
