Joe,
Not to waffle or dance, but I do not think that changing leadership within 60 days of an election that will, in all probability, change the majority thinking of the board, makes sense. We have endured enough conflict and drama over the past two years . That being said... If I am elected I plan on calling on the other three newly elected Board members to join me in an open working meeting to draft our written expectations regarding the conduct and methods of operation that we expect from the officers that we will be electing. And I hope, and trust, that we will have enough steel in our souls to let it be known that we will remove any officer from their leadership role that does not live up to their pledge. BTW, if that meeting is called I will post it on the Forum so any interested homeowner call attend and participate. Frank |
