I will follow the rules.

But I believe it is important for the newly elected Diectors to establish these expectations and get confirmation they are asked to elect the new officers.

As far as I am concerned the candidates could meet and draft this document next week.  That might put Ted in an awkward position, and we would have input from three candidates that will not be elected, but what’s the harm in doing so?

I like Slobodan and Doug.  I value both of their inputs and work on behalf of the homeowners.  I don’t always agree with their methods.

Perhaps my plan will keep both on the Board where their talents and insights will be helpful to the new Directors.

Maybe it won’t.

It’s my best shot given the cards on the table.
