Thanks. That is a good starting point. I do believe that the new Board members should define their expectations for personal and business conduct for the 2018/2019 Officers and hold them to that standard. We have way to much drama and way to less progress in OP. The new members elected to the Boand need to work together to change that. Frank |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Frank, Are you familiar with the suggested code of ethics from the Community Association Institute? I think it is an excellent starting point if not sufficient for how the Board should operate. I can email you a copy or post it here for that matter. Steve |
