| It's really amazing that taking steps towards improving lifestyle / property values /etc at no cost to the community or its residents is something that isn't considered. However, a project that will use a large chunk of our capital reserves and help a small percentage of the residents will be priority and absorb so much of everyone's time. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Good to know you are familiar with the project. I suggested to the GM that he call the Maryland group after I spoke with the director who said they would find one or more possible partners who could consider TV, Internet, and Phone services in OP. It costs nothing to look into. Neither the board nor the GM had any interest in even looking into it. |
