Based on our numerous discussions I know you are already aware of the fact that I had approached the administration back in November of 2014 regarding an offer to assist with the development of a business plan to address the deficiencies in the existing IT infrastructure.  I'm replying so Brett is aware there are some of us who are already trying to make inroads and offer expertise in addressing important issues faced by OPA members.

I approached the board and GM on several other occasions after November 2014 and offered my services gratis to assist as noted above. Unfortunately, the current administration seems to feel that a suggestion, recommendation or assistance from an OPA member is a method for usurping their authority on all things that is OPA. 

In any event, I welcome your candidacy and would enjoy meeting you to share ideas and approaches on how we, regardless of who gets elected, can be a productive and effective leadership team.
