The reality is OPA is pretty much stuck with the current setup. I totally agree. Considering all the great things Boise did when developing OP, it's unfortunate they didn't plan for the entire HOA to have the same set of DR's. Perhaps it was a selling point, like purchase a piece of property and have the opportunity to make the rules by which you'll live. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The problem now is that each and every individual section would have to agree to one set of DRs for all sections. Such a proposal would be the biggest political battle OPA has ever seen and the odds of all sections approving anything at this point are fairly slim.... if there is any controversial item in the document at all. The reality is OPA is pretty much stuck with the current setup. |
