Also, if there was one set of DRs for all sections then any change would require a majority vote of 8400+ association members. Not if one of the conditions of the new DRs was change by majority of votes cast instead of majority of of possible votes. Gail |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Do you think, if Boise had a do over, that it would have been better to just have one set of Drs for all the Pines? Hard to say. However, some of the sections in OP did not exist when Boise created the DRs so it was probably impossible to encumber what would be future sections with any DRs. Also, if there was one set of DRs for all sections then any change would require a majority vote of 8400+ association members. |
