At the risk of arousing the ire of Bill Rakow and Bill Zawacki, I would like to (belatedly) mention what may be seen as a "silly" news item that would never be mentioned by a real newspaper reporter as defined by Rakow.

At the last board meeting the board voted to take an association member to court for a storage trailer violation. This is the fellow who sought an exemption because the "contents" of his storage trailer was important. The board, rightfully, didn't buy it and voted to send the case to court..... with only Marty Clarke voting against.

Nothing unusual with Marty being the only No vote. What was unusual was that subsequent to the vote Marty declared he would have a similar storage trailer in his driveway the next day and challenged the board to take him to court. Marty is apparently of the belief that any association member can have any kind of storage trailer on their property and he more or less laid down a challenge to the board to take him on in the courts.

I have no idea if the trailer is there yet or not.
