There are many ...and very diverse neighborhoods in OP. I think it is more manageable to have the DRs as they are.

Just before we built our house there was a change in several sections. I am not sure if all the original sections were included, but I am sure that Sec. 2 and 3 were included because I have the vote tallies for those sections.

For some reason we did not even know about the vote, but it seems that a lot of folks did, because the number of votes was plenty to make the changes.

I don't think you can have the same set of rules for land that is out in the open where everything can be seen, and for those in the woods where it is fairly easy in most cases to keep less than beautiful things out of the neighbors' line of vision.

Getting two or three hundred people who share the same environment to agree did not seem to be very difficult...as I understand it....but I can't really imagine it could be done for the whole community.

( Did you go to the pool opening? I wish I could have been there. It is my favorite place! )
