King and I stopped by to see how things were going. I felt a little bad for Kiwanis who was manning the hot dog booth. The pool DJ announced that there were free hot dogs available at about 11:45. I was over by the tennis courts at the time and by the time I walked over to the booth they were out of hot dogs. Kiwanis was not in charge of providing them and had to wait for some more to be sent over from the YC. That took about 20 minutes but the people waiting in line were very patient. It wasn't all that crowded at the time so I don't know why they ran out so fast. Kiwanis had 4 volunteers at the booth so at least they were prepared.
