Not if one of the conditions of the new DRs was change by majority of votes cast instead of majority of of possible votes. Are you sure such a scheme would be legal when it comes to changing DRs? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Also, if there was one set of DRs for all sections then any change would require a majority vote of 8400+ association members.
