My pleasure.  I know how hard certain people have worked on this issue and it is certainly appreciated by me.

Ray might want to know that some of us have been in touch with Mathias over the past 15 months and have been told in no uncertain terms that the legislation could/would not be changed.  He even stated that at the town meeting recently.

Jim insisted that OP missed its opportunity for impact funds when he spoke to Chief Massey!

I also spoke to Jim several times.  We had some very long conversations.  He's always been very receptive to my phone calls but did not seem very positive that he would be able to accomplish much in the way of help for OP.  That being said, I am wiling to give him some benefit of the doubt, in seeing his name included on the bill.
