Well, some said it would never happen. Mathias, Conway and Elmore just introduced a bill to change the slots money distribution in Worcester County. It reduces the county amount to 60% and adds OPA to receive 10%. Passage, of course, remains to be see. However, if the local representatives really support this there is no reason for other state delegates to oppose.
