This is a bipartisan issue that benefits all of Ocean Pines directly. I actively encourage all members of this Forum to send an email endorsing the legislation and asking for its passage to all members of the Maryland House of Delegates and the Maryland Senate. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well, some said it would never happen. Mathias, Conway and Elmore just introduced a bill to change the slots money distribution in Worcester County. It reduces the county amount to 60% and adds OPA to receive 10%. Passage, of course, remains to be see. However, if the local representatives really support this there is no reason for other state delegates to oppose.
