Kinda interesting that there is a bill just introduced into the Maryland legislature that, if passed, would provide 10% of the slots money to OPA and the OPA Board of Directors doesn't even mention it in passing, even if to voice disagreement.  Beyond my understanding!

Part of the "not invented here so it doesn't matter" management style?  There's a lot of that going around.

How do you think the board would have reacted if the idea had been one initiated by the board?  The same way as other "politicians" are reacting:  they either get mad at me or they take credit for the whole idea whether they initiated it or not.
