I thought Mathias and Conway were going to ask for the AG's opinion on a HOA receiving direct State funds. I wonder what happened with that idea? Maybe it's in the works with a decision forthcoming. Appaently they did. Notice the language adding OPA... the notwithstanding part. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My take is this is a sign that Conway and Mathias are serious about seeing this bill passed. Elmore is a Republican. We can only hope they are not playing politics as usual but are really serious about seeing this bill passed.
