The simple answer is yes because I'm not allowed to park off the driveway. The other option is on the shoulder of the road out in front of the house. Parking on the road causes a safety issue in my mind. Not sure if I can park in my yard on my grass. I think that is also allowed.
Based on what seems to be much confusion on your part, you should really to talk to a lawyer if you are embroiled in all this. |

I think that is also allowed. Throughout OP there are countless numbers of trailers, additional cars doing likewise. With my immediate neighbors we were 4 of 6. At the time they weren't given citations. Haven't checked lately. I think CPI pushing folks to park on the street versus the safety of their lots lacks common sense. Are they supposed to enforce the DRs yes, but at what cost? I applied for the permit and variance to my parking pad with 3 inches of gravel bordered by pressured treated 4x4s that I will take up when I sell the house, thus not needing an as-is survey. I'm legal in the eyes of CPI. |
