Dave, lighten up with the personal attacks on OPA employees. Not debatable. Period.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Current enforcement and CPI/ARC interpretation of the regulations are a farce. The ”inspectors” are misguided, inept, unprofessional, and power crazed.  Good luck!
