Don't what? I raise an issue about the increasing cost of bulkhead repairs/replacement, and you reply with info about the bulkhead money in the budget. This can vary greatly, depending on many issues. Short of emergency repairs or replacement, OPA can more or less control how much bulkhead work it CHOOSES to do each year. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Please don’t. I am very aware of the costs associated with our bulkhead maintenance and replacement. As to your question why we were $461,112 under budget I am afraid you would have to ask management. Marty |
