For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am not sure what you are trying to say. According to the January Controller’s Report we have a balance of $716,297 in our Bulkhead reserve account and it appears we came in $461,112 under budget Why under budget? Was less work done than budgeted, or was the budget off? At any rate, you sound like you don’t believe bulkhead repairs have become expensive. |
