I believe the recommendation was to expand the building,not tear it down. If after March 2023 the building was tested, that would be great for OPA to mention that and if the spraying this Summer took care of any issues later found. No updates are mentioned in the minutes. Transparency goes a long way. I'm glad the center is reopened. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You avoided answering the questions I raised. I thought OPA did look into mold after the committee asked last year and found no signs. Or are you saying then board liaison Colette Horn failed to follow up on the suggestion? I understand the walls were opened yesterday or today and there are no visible signs of mold. If professional testing finds any indication of mold it will be treated as necessary. It certainly would not require tearing down the building as these pickleballers are apparently hoping and praying. |
