You avoided answering the questions I raised.
I thought OPA did look into mold after the committee asked last year and found no signs. Or are you saying then board liaison Colette Horn failed to follow up on the suggestion? I understand the walls were opened yesterday or today and there are no visible signs of mold. If professional testing finds any indication of mold it will be treated as necessary. It certainly would not require tearing down the building as these pickleballers are apparently hoping and praying. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes. They did raise the mold issue but this wasn't political as that issue was raised over a year ago. The March 10, 2023 RSAC minutes note a charging document requesting a mold check in the clubhouse. |
