Pass that advice along to directors@oceanpines.org Oh, but that does not allow for shameless promotion of the ROC on the Facebook pages of elected officials. Nice tactic but the purpose is totally transparent.
There's been an outside check in table set up in the past. Have you chosen an employee to sit there in the morning cold? Yes, there have been employees on committees but a bigger blunder was having non-property owners on committees. Well, on that we are in total agreement, especially when the non-member member attacks OPA staff to the point where the staff person resigns and the non-member is then rewarded with an appointment to one of our few required and important committees. |

Frankly, until the building reopens, OPA should just allow a free-for-all. Based on reading the Racquet Sports Committee minutes, many pickleballers have long participated in one already.
