For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ed: As usual you hit the mail on the head. Currently 35% of our pickleball membership are non property owners and pay no capital contributions to support our facilities. To answer your question, yes the non property owners are paying the same minimal increase in membership fees as owners, however their fee is only around $30.00 more per year. Marty |
