Sounded like a very factual account of what transpired. Having worked with Leo, Tarr and Toppin, I know that they were dedicated to Ocean Pines and it is a huge loss for your community. I commend him for setting the record straight.
This must be Disgruntled OPA Employee Reunion Week.
Do you have any actual facts to contribute? I suspect all the people Tarr trashed will have more class than to get involved. Leo has said nothing. Why do this hit job on other OP officers, sheriff office folks, OPA board, Rick Farr, Viola, HR person, OPA attorney, and a few others Tarr called out by first name only? Do you know Billy Bailey? |
